Mathew 24

Mathew 24 KGV

24 And Jesus went out, and departed from the temple: and his disciples came to him for to shew him the buildings of the temple.

2 And Jesus said unto them, See ye not all these things? verily I say unto you, There shall not be left here one stone upon another, that shall not be thrown down.

3 And as he sat upon the mount of Olives, the disciples came unto him privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign of thy coming, and of the end of the world?

4 And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you.

5 For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many.

6 And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet.

7 For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places.

8 All these are the beginning of sorrows.

9 Then shall they deliver you up to be afflicted, and shall kill you: and ye shall be hated of all nations for my name's sake.

10 And then shall many be offended, and shall betray one another, and shall hate one another.

11 And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many.

12 And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold.

13 But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.

14 And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.

15 When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand:)

16 Then let them which be in Judaea flee into the mountains:

17 Let him which is on the housetop not come down to take any thing out of his house:

18 Neither let him which is in the field return back to take his clothes.

19 And woe unto them that are with child, and to them that give suck in those days!

20 But pray ye that your flight be not in the winter, neither on the sabbath day:

21 For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be.

22 And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect's sake those days shall be shortened.

23 Then if any man shall say unto you, Lo, here is Christ, or there; believe it not.

24 For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.

25 Behold, I have told you before.

26 Wherefore if they shall say unto you, Behold, he is in the desert; go not forth: behold, he is in the secret chambers; believe it not.

27 For as the lightning cometh out of the east, and shineth even unto the west; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.

28 For wheresoever the carcase is, there will the eagles be gathered together.

29 Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken:

30 And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.

31 And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.

32 Now learn a parable of the fig tree; When his branch is yet tender, and putteth forth leaves, ye know that summer is nigh:

33 So likewise ye, when ye shall see all these things, know that it is near, even at the doors.

34 Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not pass, till all these things be fulfilled.

35 Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away.

36 But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only.

37 But as the days of Noah were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.

38 For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark,

39 And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.

40 Then shall two be in the field; the one shall be taken, and the other left.

41 Two women shall be grinding at the mill; the one shall be taken, and the other left.

42 Watch therefore: for ye know not what hour your Lord doth come.

43 But know this, that if the goodman of the house had known in what watch the thief would come, he would have watched, and would not have suffered his house to be broken up.

44 Therefore be ye also ready: for in such an hour as ye think not the Son of man cometh.

45 Who then is a faithful and wise servant, whom his lord hath made ruler over his household, to give them meat in due season?

46 Blessed is that servant, whom his lord when he cometh shall find so doing.

47 Verily I say unto you, That he shall make him ruler over all his goods.

48 But and if that evil servant shall say in his heart, My lord delayeth his coming;

49 And shall begin to smite his fellowservants, and to eat and drink with the drunken;

50 The lord of that servant shall come in a day when he looketh not for him, and in an hour that he is not aware of,

51 And shall cut him asunder, and appoint him his portion with the hypocrites: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

Discussing & Interrupting

24 It is pretty plane in this verse what it is saying. Take cake to notice, Jesus just got through teaching in the temple and exits. The disciples' are with him. This event is told at least 3 times in the gospels with each description telling us where God's Holy mountain is and where the Holy Temple Sat.

2 Verse 2 continuing with the subject being the temple and him Jesus prophesying right there about what will soon happen to the temple and did.

3 Verse 3 tells us where Jesus was setting after leaving the temple. Mark and Luke will ratify my belief that Mt. Olive is God's Holy Mountain and his Holy Temple sat on it. Not on Mount Moriah. The disciples ask Jesus to prophesy more along with telling them what signs to look for in the near and far future.

4 This verse God tells his children not to let no man deceive you. Think of Adam & Eve being deceived by Lucifer. He has plenty of people to help him.

5 Verse 5 happened back then and is still happening now.

6 Verse 6 is happening and has been happening since back then. He knew of these things and new it was not a good marker for us to look to for knowing or approximating end times. Apparently wars make us want to look for him.

7 Verse 7 All this has happened and is happening. These things lead us to the end.

8 Verse 8 All these mentioned above was the beginning of sorrows. We have been in it for quite a while now.

9 Verse 9 Is speaking of was was shortly to happen to Christians back then and what is coming soon to Christians now.

10 Verse 10 The is going on now more so then in times past and will continue until the coming of Jesus. This is another one can add to a list of fulfilled prophecies

11 Verse 11 has been going on and is almost at it's height.

12 Verse 12 is flourishing now.

13 Verse 13 is important here. He's not talking about salvation but rather saved as in rescued from wicked mankind. He is the one that Rescues.

14 Verse 14 is almost complete. We as Christians can tell the world through media and the internet. We will continue until the end!

15 Verse 15 Jesus gives us a known point in time, the mid-point of Daniel's 7 year period. It being an unmistakable event.

16 Verse 16 Takes up from v15 when you see the Abomination of Desolation flee. He say's to the ones in Judaea. I say woods for my area. This is a global event concerning Christians.

17 Verse 17 is continuing about the same event. Saying not to come down because his coming is so very close.

18 Verse 18 is restating the certainty of it.

19 Verse 19 Jesus is speaking to added hardships in your sufferings. If your aware the time is close you wouldn't want to have children in those days. But if you do God will help you through it. This event is days long and the majority of all things that happen in Daniel's 7 year period is completed within a 30-day period started at the mid-point.

20 Verse 20 is restating v19. This is why he says to watch and prepare.

21 Verse 21 Jesus is consolidating what he said above from the mid-point to right before the 6th & 7th seals are opened and the last trump sounds before God appears and not the 7th trumpet. The 7th trumpet doesn't sound for over 1,260- days later.

22 Verse 22 Jesus is not speaking of shorting the length of the day here. Rather he moves his coming up. So what ever day or hour is was to be he changed it right there.

23 Verse 23 Jesus comes out of the end-time prophecy and goes back to times before and warns us again about false teacher or people misleading Christians.

24 Verse 24 He continues to warn us. Where he says; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect. He's speaking about how good they are at deceiving not that a one of his will be.

25 Verse 25 Jesus warns us he has said this before and we with the good book have been told many times in his word.

26 Verse 26 again Jesus warns not to believe or follow them.

27 Verse 27 Jesus is talking about the quickness or unexpectedness of his coming on those that are not watching and preparing for his coming.

28 Verse 28 Jesus is referring to his body as a carcase and his Children as eagles. We are also referred to as Milk & Honey, waters, rocks, stones, Saints, Kings, The Elect, trees and other names as well.

29 Verse 29 Jesus is speaking of a moment in time during Great Tribulation when the 6th and 7th seals are open and the last trump or trumpet to sound before Jesus's appearance. The stars are Angels coming to get us.

30 Verse 30 Jesus says then he appears in the clouds. This is the rapture, reaping, the harvest and being caught-up just to name some descriptive words.

31 Verse 31 Jesus is describing the actual rapture event. Remember that moments before he caught the lost killing his children, well they realized God is real and they got caught.

32 Verse 32 Jesus tells the parable about the fig tree. He describes the branches and how we tell a season is coming or at hand, so too can his children tell the coming of the Son of Man.

33 Verse 33 Jesus relates that by seeing things in nature we know things and by seeing what he has given us to see in the word we can tell when He is at the door.

34 Verse 34 Jesus is saying that the eldest generation will not pass away before his coming and thereby won't pass away ever. Note that the Year Israel become a state was 1947 and that is the generation God is speaking of.

35 Verse 35 Jesus is telling us that what he prophesied will happen and that his word is everlasting and eternal.

36 Verse 36 Jesus is Saying only the Father in heaven only knows the day or hour and he moves it up while in heaven with the Father.

37 But as the days of Noah were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.

38 Verse 38 Jesus gives a comparative with end times and the Great Flood. I will briefly. Saying 7 years of tribulations is a mistake and thinking the first half is a mistake as well! Because of verses 38 & 39 along with others. Such as the False Peace. The first half will be a time of betterment for the peoples of the world. People will not look for his coming as they do now. it will get better during Trumps presidency this the second one.

39 Verse 39 Jesus is giving his children a chance to prepare with this false good times in the first half of Daniel's 70th week. Great Tribulations is a global event similar to Sodom & Gamora. Leave the big cities move to smaller towns prepare to run to the woods. Hide and wait a short time for salvation as in being rescued. Great Tribulations is a "Light Switch Event" as in when the Antichrist does the Abomination the peoples of the world fall for him in a blood crazed tizzy and are good at it, so much so Jesus has to move the time of his coming up or no Christian flesh would be saved!

40 Verse 40 taken with verse 39 his coming is not a disappearing act. No one vanishes and no pre-trib-rapture! Every eye shall see for a reason. Jesus's actions are many fold and two first had reasons that I think of is; so the lost can know and witness what he has done so that they may obtain salvation. The other is the fulfillment of his words and prophecy's to his children.

41 Verse 41 with 40 again is not speaking of a disappearing act in-fact it points to not everyone being saved that think they have salvation. These verses are tied to the virgins without oil for their lamps and the church's having people posing as Christians and are not. You are the only one that can tell if your saved. You and Jesus alone!

42 Verse 42 is a mandate by God to Watch therefore, along with preparing and teaching others about Jesus and his coming.

43 Verse 43 Jesus is saying that the Good Child of Christ would be watching, preparing, and teaching his or her family and friends these things. The part about ones house being broken up is not the material things of the house it's your family! Hence the previously mentioned one taken and one left scenarios.

44 Verse 44 Jesus is saying again we cannot tell the hour of his coming, start getting ready, and this is not talking about speed or that everyone doesn't know about the rapture. It simply talking about being unaware up to moments before he comes.

45 Verse 45 Jesus is speaking about what I'm doing know and pray that you do these things as well, so you with be seen by him as a Faithful and Wise servant that is Blessed by him now and then.

46 Verse 46 Jesus is reiterating what he said in the previous verse and adding a blessing to you for doing so.

47 Verse 47 goes to the previous two verses as well and he's going to make them that do these things rulers over all his goods. Wow! Prays God!

48 Verse 48 is together with the three latter verses and when it refers to an evil servant they don't or never had salvation.

49 Verse 49 is a description of what a lost person is doing. In another gospel it almost sounds the same but it is a person with salvation doing the same thing but the punishment is different. These are Christians that are doing the things mentioned by God when he comes and will reap every stripe and not lose salvation. I can prove everything with the word and not be grasping at straws doing so.

50 Verse 50 Jesus is addressing both Christians not doing right as in what he said above and the lost, neither are watching and doing wrong things!

51 Verse 51 Jesus is appointing him/her their portion with the hypocrites because they are lost and never had salvation. You may thing the Christians doing the same thing receive the same thing but read the other telling that's different and you'll see.
